Is Pu Veneer Genuine Leather?

There are fiber pores on the surface, which is relatively breathable and waterproof, and can be embossed with various textures.

Since cowhide is thicker, after cutting, the second layer of skin (leather) below the first layer of skin can also be used. However, the bark itself is just a mesh tissue under the top layer of skin. Its toughness, breathability, and wear resistance are not as good as those of the top layer of skin, and it basically no longer has the characteristics of "genuine leather."
